Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

in 11/09 got truck driver lic. 12/09 was offer a job went to place and was sent to take pe test ok did pe in cup gave to nurse she did a suger test told me to dump the rest did after i ask her was she sure she said yes the 5 min later she ask me to pe again ( like that wasn't possable ) some mess up so as i was out side smokeing a nother job called and i was hireable for more mony 5 months later i left them and now i find out that im not hireable cause its on my DAC Report for 3 yrs for refusal of a drug test now i look at it this way thay know i was there and i did pe in cup i followed what they wanted till they screwed up no one can hire me ,defermation of carrictor falsely fileing a wrong full report to the D O T you see i dont drink and i have never did drugs ( unless by my Doctor ) Thank you Jake
