Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
I had breast augmentation done in June this year. After a couple weeks my cosmetic surgeon noticed my suture had failed on my right implant. He said it was due to faulty sutures that he was not aware had been recalled. So my right implant had to be removed then several weeks later reimplanted. Just recently I learned my left side has failed as well and it will need to come. out now then be reimplanted. Who should I be sueing the surgeon or the suture manufactuer?

Unless you have more than just a redo, it would be difficult to find a lawyer represent you. Medical malpractice cases requir not only negligence, but significant permanent damages. See www.FL-PI-Lawyer.com for an explanation for medical malpractice claims.
