Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

I had my breast lift and augmentation 3 months agao.The biggest problem is thatthe constant pain in my right arm and muscle flexion deformities, swollen nipples and mismatches between the circumference and areola of the nipples, especially my left nipple's internal tissue has been squeezed out during the operation,and misplaced implants shifted toward my armpit due to the incorrect pockets size created by him. He did call back but he always say "no worry, we can always re-do it again, your breasts are looking fine and normal and wait for 6 months to see the result",

I told him that I wanted 34fullD, but he ended putting 600cc into each of my breasts without letting me know that he will use 600cc implants for my breasts first. (i am now is 36D or 36DD), I found it out after day of my surgery that my implants are 600cc. (36D or 36DD) He also did not tell me and explain to me what are the risks and complication about the 600cc (36D or 36DD) or large implants. He has no patience to listen to me and answer my questions,
