Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

child sent home aspirating into lungs

hi,

in 2006 my son was born having

trouble eating. he was sent at birth

to a teaching hospital in gainsville

florida... he spent about a month in

that hospital and was sent home

eating. after we begged to be sent to

another hospital we were sent to all

childrens hospital in st. pete florida

where we were told that all the while

we were at home and for the first

month and a half of his life our son

was barely eating and all the whle

was aspirating into his lungs. he has

had a feeding tube since 2 mo. and is

now 2 years old with constant

hospital and doctors visits and no end

in site. could this have something to

do with the first hospital not checking

for everything they could have?
