Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
I had a crown put in 2 years ago, from day one i have told them it has been an issue for me. I cant eat on that side! When I went in for another appointment a new dentist told me that it is not right and that it needed to be fixed asap. When the lady came to tell me that it was going to be $1107 out of my pocket I was in shock, that they didnot try to do anything for me. They have it on record that I did ask about the tooth and when they told me that it needed to settle I believed them until today. Can you give some advice on this please? Thanks
