Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

can a doctors office decide that they dont want to gove you your pain medication and cut you off without a reason?

There would always be a reason (even if they didn't give you one). Perhaps they think you are abusing the prescriptions, or don't need it anymore. Perhaps they just do not want to treat you any longer for any number of reasons. You can always try to see another doctor.
