Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

I went to the emergency room and the doctor was very rude. I had goneto my primary doctor before goingto the ER so he had a major attitude with me. He prescribed some mediation and I went to the pharacy to fill it. The pharmacist asked if the DR talked to me about this pain medication and the medication I am on, which was disclosed while I was in triage, and I told her no. She said the medication would leave me unconcious and could be fatal. The medication I am on is Savella and he prescibed is Tramadol. So, I am not sure if he was just ticked at me and did it or didn't pay attention
to what he was doing, either way, I was in alot of pain at the time and ifthe pharmacist wouldn't have told me and filled it I would have taken it and may have gone unconcious and possibly died. My question is, do I have a possible case toward the hospital and DR?
