Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

My ex-husbands girlfriend took signed a forn 2 the doctors office stating that I was not allowed to get records on my son, signed the form saying she was his mom, signed for vaccinations. The doctors office held records from me even though I am the one who has always taken my son to the doctor. They had to get there attorney to ok after I raised a fit. It just happened again. Can I file suit against this girlfriend and the doctor?

Who has custody of the child? What kind of paper did she produce to the doctor? Request this information from the doctor. If you have custody, then contact child welfare of HRS. If you have the money, see an attorney for a possible suit for injunctive relief or other relief. Your divorce lawyer would know what to do.
