Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

false prescription?

Is it legal for doctors to give prescriptions without their name or the patients name on the bottle....And this particular prescription does not have directions and it says its from Ireland.

It does not sound like a valid prescription to me. I would be very wary of taking it without some confirmation of its source.
