Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

If I don't have health insurance and have a major medical occurrance, can the doctors or hospital come after my 401K or savings or can I just pay monthly what I can afford?

They can come after your savings, but not your 401K. Try to work something out in advance of your procedure.
