Can I hold Our FamilyPhysican Medically and Legally responsible for my husbands attempted suicide using His Pain Meds. After me telling her on multiple occasions that he had a drug problem?He now has some Brain Damage from not getting enough oxygen to his Brain for an extended length of time.

Was it a true attempted suicide or just a drug overdose? If it was an overdose, it could be possible to hold the prescribing doctor liable.
