Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Do I have a case for a lawsuit if I went to a hospital and received very poor care? For beginners I did not have a room and my bed sat parked in front of a janitors closet across from double doors where anyone could look right through while I undressed into my hospital gown. Then I was given a vaginal exam with people walking by, they had on scrubs but they were of no relevance to my case since they were just passing through in the hall. Worst hospital experience ever, I have never felt so degraded.
