Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
Hi! My husband had a prostate ultrasound biopsy done today and before leaving the doctor's office they gave him a medication call Uribel and he got a very bad reaction to it (shortness of breath, pain in the chest,weakness, feeling cold and sweating) and i found out the medication is expired (9/2013).
What can i do?

Contact the doctor who prescribed it or the facility who gave it to you. This is a medical issue not a legal one. If there are permanent injuries due to it, then you may have a claim IF that is due to the expired product. The bad reaction alone does not warrant any time of legal claim. Deal with the medical issues which are important.
