Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Malpractice?

I was at a dentist getting a root canal done and somehow he slipped and cut about a 1 inch gash in my cheek. I didn't feel it of course but heard him mumble ''oops''. Right after that I felt his assistant apply pressure to my face and he stitched my face up. After everything he said he was not going to charge me for the work done and I just left extremely angry. When I got out to my car I noticed that he did a hack job stitching me up so I immedietly went to another doctor and had it restitched the right way and believe me there was a huge difference. I want to know how far I can take this because this guy is obviously a hack and it makes me mad that he tried to brush it off as if it wasn't that big a deal. Thanks in advance!

You can make a claim for your injuries, which include pain and suffering, etc. (see www. ConsumerLawyerHelp.com ), additional medical bills, lost wages, and such.
