Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
Medical experts
if I have seen a neurologist for the defence in my Medical Negligence case, do I have to see a second
neurologist at their request? is it not possible that
they could keep sending me to experts until they get
a desired report and opinion?

Re: Medical experts
You really need to talk to your attorney about this. As a general rule the defense gets one expert per category unless the judge orders otherwise or your attorney agrees to a second ME.

Re: Medical experts
Who is your attorney that is not objecting this, the defense gets one expert per field if they are not happy with the opinion of the first neurologist than they don't have to use him but no they don't get to keep shopping until they find someone they like.
