Can a dr. tell a pat. '' I am not giving you any medication. I am only see you to docoment and to help your case? The dr. also completed a nerve test and put normal. Another dr. told me it was abnormal. Is this legal?

A doctor is not required to give you medication. If he thinks the test is normal, there is nothing wrong with him so stating. Perhaps he is right and the other doctor is wrong.
