Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

I have a medical problem, my son is in the hospital and I would like to have him transferred to another hospital yet I am being roadblock because of some medical malpractice I beleive,is there a way I can go against the hospital and have him removed to go to another hospital without them objecting? I am aware of the other doctor being a referring doctor, I need something sneaky and badass that will work but be legal.

Call the hosptial you want him transfered to and speak to the hospital administrator. The administrator should take care of all the paper work. You have an absolute right to have your minor son seen by doctors of your choice unless transfer would risk his health. Re medical malpractice, see FL-PI-Lawyer.com.
