Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

My name is My'Keia K. I was wondering can I sue my OB Doctor ? I have lost the total of 3 babies (2008,2010,and 2012) With my second baby I went into labor at Baptist Hospital In Jacksonville Florida,There more experienced than my Care Doctors In Palatka Florida(Putnam County) So The Doctors in Jacksonville Told me if I was to get pregnant again I half to get stitched up around my cervix and I got pregnant January 2012 . And I told my doctor what the other doctors told me,& to remind you Im HIGH Risk ! And My doctor didnt attemt or make any plans on getting me the surgery(Simple procedure) So I could have my baby to full terms . And May 08,2010 I went into Preterm labor AGAIN And after I had lost the baby,The doctor told me,I shouldve got stitched up around my cerviz,after the fact I told him that when I was Pregnant from the time I found out,Everytime I went to the doctor I asked him about getting stitched up He'll tell me Everything seem fine,Nothing can ever be fine with an High risk Patient and at the same time him knowing Im high risk he should been checking me,I only got checked one During my 5 months of pregnacy and that was my first check up when I got an pap smere . Im really mad at this,What should I do ?
