Have you asked your lawyer? You did not win a medical malpractice case without one.
It depends on what the motion is -- but essentially they have filed something for only the judge to see.

It means documents are being provided to the Judge to determine whether they will be allowed to be seen by the other party. You won what case? Sounds like discovery stage in the matter.
