Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
What if a nuerosurgen performed an operation to remove a brain tumor to which he stated that the entirety of the tumor had been removed except that which was unreachable, yet only removed enough for a biopsy? Also, the neurosurgen quit less than 10 days after the surgery that resulted in a serious infection requiring further surgery. My question is: Does this sound like something that should be addressed from a legal stand point?
