Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
Operation Preformed
5-2002, Went for oral surgery,Upper teeth removed, the oral
surgens said they performed the removel of gum bone hi-spots
(?phast),the bone was to be smooth to accept the denture,
1-2003, Went to a new dentist for a upper denture, he said the (?phast)(smoothing of the bone) was never perfomed.
1-14-2003, spoke to orginal dentist, the report he received
from the oral surgen was all operations performed.
1-14-2003, malpractice investagator said this doesn't consitute malpractice.
What area of law would this be concidered?
What is my next step?

Re: Operation Preformed
If you did not receive what you paid for it is a breach of contract. Your damages are the cost of the procedure.
