Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
i had osteogenicsarcoma in my right knee, when i went to hospitalmy oncologist at the time started me on chemotherapy for three months,then when it was time to have surgery, my surgeon which was from another hospital says that ihe didnt think that i had to go through kemo and that the tumor was something that could of just been removed, i want to know if i have a case for malpractice or if i could have a chance of an out of court settlement
