Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Three people made an agreement via promissory note that any money awarded in a pending lawsuit would be split between them even if only one of them were named the sole person eligle for the suit. Is this promissory note enforceable?

This kind of makes no sense. You have it listed under medical malpractice which makes it even stranger. A promissory note is where one party agrees to pay another party and consideration flows in both directions. Has this occurred? I would suggest you consult with an attorney.
