Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

can they perform a serious condition pap smear and the client walks out after it was done,tries to pay they say it will be mailed to YOU) and they never sent the pap smear in saying they will call u as soon as the pap smear test comes in.... but doesnt let you know at all they never even sent it in. and lead you to believe they havent heard any results and making you think everything is ok with the pap test.

This is a question which you have not clearly articulated. If the results of your pap test showed you have a disease, and no one told you the result, and you were damaged by that negligence, that's a serious issue. But, that's not what you said-- only what I gather from what you stated. So, please re-ask the question, stating the after-effects, and perhaps a med mal attorney will have the A+ answer.
