Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Plastic surgery gone bad!

I am 29 years old and always had large breast(34D). About 5 years ago my boobs have dropped, sagged, or not there just skin hanging low. I decided in Sept of 2005 to get them back to where they were. So I decided on a doctor that was highly recommended to get them lifted and implants. After surgery I was not happy, nipples were way too high with the right nipple almost in my armpit. The right breast was bigger. Doctor agreed they did not look right and would redo them. Second surgery was in January 2006. Coming out of surgery my breast are much smaller and again nipples are higher then they were before. My right breast is bigger and the nipple is like a half moon. Looks like he used pinking shears to reopen everything. I can not even wear a regular bra because the size difference and the position of the nipples they hang out. It looks like I have been butchered. Went back to doctor for 6 month checkup, he says in about a year and a half we can revise them. Myself esteem towards myself is not where it should be. I have lost it. I have spoken to other doctors who say they can make them look better, do I really want to go through a third surgery - I am scared! But what this doctor has done to my body is not fair.

Re: Plastic surgery gone bad!

You need to see an experienced medical malpractice attorney that will give you a free consultation. Medical malpractice claims are very complex. You need to speak to an attorney that will guide you through the process and who can evaluate the specific facts of your case. Notably, in most cases you must initiate a claim within 2 years of the negligent procedure, so do not wait to contact an attorney.

If you would like to discuss your case with me, then please do not hesitate to contact my office.

Very truly,

Rick Weldon
