Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Poor dental treatment

I had extensive work done on my teeth (root canals, caps, cavities, etc) at a Dentist in my area at a cost of several thousand dollars. When I told the Dentist that my teeth still hurt he said there was nothing he could do. When I asked for my money back he laughed. I went to another Dentist and he told me that the work done by the prior Dentist was poor at best. He said the root canals were botched and I developed abcesses because of it, causing the pain I am experiencing. He will have to redo all the work done. Do I have a case for getting my money back from the Dentist? Thanks

Yes you have a case to get your money back---and a possible malpractice case against the dentist. You may see our site at Floridatrial.com for more info. Best Regards,Charles Morehead
