Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
I was given someone else prescription form the pharmacy,didn't know it until after i had taken some?what do i need to do?

If the medication caused harm, and the harm is significant enough to warrant an injury or death claim against the pharmacy, you should preserve the evidence and any invoices and consult with an attorney experienced in pharmacy malpractice immediately. You should also immediately report this to the pharmacy and tell them they should try to determine if your medication was given to another unsuspecting customer who could be at risk.
