Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida
Can't proceed with a medical malpractice claim. The medical expert will not sign off on probability of malpractice. The hospital records used by expert to detemine case are inaccurate.and incomplete,
My question is there a case of broken fudiciary with the hosptial.

Nope. You need an expert affidavit. The Republican controlled legislature insists on it. The incorrect records falls under the rule of "tough."
