Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

I had purchased a lipo laser from a certain company a year ago and I had signed no contract that stated I had to ask permission to do online discount deals for treatments of the lipo laser.

A few months ago a new company bought out the old company.

My question is, if I own the lipo laser 100% (paid in full) does the new company that took over the lipo-laser product, have any legal right to control my advertising practises?
