Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

I went to a Doctor because I had a stroke and wanted to go back to work. The Doctor told me that I had a stroke back in 2007 (it was documented on paper). I went to a local VA clinic during 2007 and was not aware that I had a stroke. I was also put in a local hospital (the same one) 2 times and was not told that I had a stroke even though it was not documented on paper. What should I do? The VA Doctor I went to was not upfront with me at all.

You should contact a lawyer to discuss this matter. Medical malpractice cases are extremly difficult and very fact sensitive. You may or may not have a case. There are not enough facts here to know.
