Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

I recently had a baby, May of 2010. She was still born. My question is will I be able to sue. I found out the her right kidney had completely failed. I was not able to work because I was very sick with this pregnancy. My care provider did not want me to go on leave, and due to the fact that I was unable to work I could not pay my medical bill. They refused care as a result of that my baby girl died.
