responding to tubal liagation done incorrectly
in responses to the answer i received i didiask her what actually happened and she mail me a letter stating that when she cut me opened my tubes were damaged and she had a hard time tring to tie them, not knowing i had a copy of the medical report that states everything look normal and everything went good so she basically lied on the medical report.

The hospital requires (as do the standard relevant to surgical procedures) operative reports to be accurate. If the report is wrong, she has an obligation to correct it. I am not sure what the risk of prgnancy is (or otherwise) by having a tube cut -- it sounds like she did cut the tubes, but just didn't tie them (both?? or just one??). You need some answers. Make an appointment with the doctor and get some answers and get that operative report fixed.
