Hi my son went to the dentis yersterday they let one of the piece inside of him can i take legal action about that

No permanent damages must exist as a result of any negligence which occurred. From what you described something needs to be removed and your son should be fine? I would suggest you have that taken care of and not worry about pursuing legal action.
