surgeon caused fathers death

my dad was hospitalized with a heart attack he was 55 years old.his dr is norman reed finney of panama city fl. there are quite a few reasons i believe i have a case for wrongful death. i had an independent autopsy done.

The Republicans control Florida now. The Legislature has passed a law that allows a doctor to negligently kill a patient and yet he cannot be sued unless the deceased patient has a spouse of children younger than 25 years of age. If you dad was not married and has no children under 25 . . . . you cannot sue. Stupid law, but we keep sending strange politicians to Tallahassee.
