Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

violation of rightsunder EMTALA ACT

didnt get emergency treatment ,was sent home,next day collapsed ,ended up in coma,two surgerys on leg now foot drop,kidney faillure and now diabetic,can i pursued a case?

It depends on the facts. EMTALA cases are quite specific and you must have been sent home for very specific reasons. Malpractice cases are different, but the legislature has passed laws that protect dosctors from lawsuits and the laws make it very difficukt to sue. ER doctors get even more protection and recoveries against them are limited. I would be happy to speak with you if you would like.
