Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Florida

Wrongful Death/Medical Negligence

I lost my husband 1 year ago to Terminal Lung Cancer (diagnosed twice as ''Sinusites'' within a week before). A change in the lung was noted over 3 year prior, but was over looked and attributed to his Hearth Condition. He had also been previously misdiagnosed on Sleep Apnea and to boot had also PTSD. He was 58 and died in the VA Hospital. There are also other factors to explain regarding this medical care mostly rendered by numberous doctors who are mostly students. I'm looking for an attorney who has the knowledge and is not afraid of the Government, manely the Veteran Administration and the USAF. I am in Florida and I know statutes of Limitations are going to run out soon. Thank you

Re: Wrongful Death/Medical Negligence

Contact lawyers to discuss your case. This is not the place to post a request. Medical malpractice cases are very hard to pursue, delayed diagnosis of cancer cases are among the most difficult, and cases against the VA are even worse because you have no right to a jury.

Any evaluation will need a discussion between you and the prospective lawyer.

Start calling and looking for one in your area if at all possible.
