my son is getting an administrative separation from the navy for sleeping with a married woman who had separated from her husband. Is there any recourse for him he has a year in and almost done with a school?

Re: administrative separartion
He was probably lucky he did not get a special Court-Martial. I am sure this is still a violation of the UMCJ. His best bet is to talk with base legal and get some idea of what his options are. An "administrative" discharge carries leass stigma than a CM.
