Legal Question in Military Law in Florida
Appealing a General under Honorable Discharge. Please help!
I joined the Army reserves June 29, 2007. I did my training without problems, other than pneumonia in basic for which I was hospitalized and I also got MRSA. After graduating AIT in Dec. 2007, I started having really bad depression and anxiety. In March, I started seeing a therapist and Psychiatrist. They put me on medications and diagnosed me with severe depression. My unit sent me separation papers in July 2008 and I called my unit and was referred to a consultation that I had requested. I haven't heard anything until 3 weeks ago when I emailed my UA and he said that I was discharged. According to papers that I initialed by advisement from the LTC, I was supposed to be getting documents, but never received them. I want to appeal this. I do have emails and faxes to prove my case. Please help!

My office handles Military Records' Changes. You may have some options; however, I need to know more details to better assess the situation.
Feel free to contact me if you would like to set up an initial consultation, free of charge. If we set up an appointment, I'd be happy to initiate the call in order to save you in long distance charges.
