Legal Question in Military Law in Florida
Awol
My son is AWOL. I begged and pleaded with him to turn himself in. He is oblivious of the consequences. He states that he spoke to others at Fort Benning and they gave him wrong information about this whole AWOL situation. I have been doing allot of research and the outcome is all over the board as to what the punishment is. I do not want my son's future ruined because of a dishonorable discharge or worse yet a felony on his record for the rest of his life. What can I do???
Mother in need of help!
