Legal Question in Military Law in Florida
getting back in
I was recently discharged from the navy with a general under honorable conditions discharge and a RE-4 code.
I miss serving my country and I want back in the military dosent matter what branch.
Is there anything i can do?

You can apply to another service, and see if they will give a waiver. Very hard to do.
You can apply to the National Guard. I've had a number of clients get into the National Guard, but again it's a waiver issue.
Wait until the last week of the month, and go to a recruiting district that has a small "pool" of potential recruits.
