general discharge under honorable conditions
can i join the army after being administratively seperated from the navy?

It depends. What is your reenlistment code? If it is a 4 then you will have trouble trying to reenlist into the military. Feel free to contact me if you need help trying to upgrade your discharge and/or your RE code.
