General (Under Honerable Conditions) upgrade
Hi, I was discharged back in 95 for financial irresponsibility and given a general discharge. It is preventing me form working in any city job. can i get this upgraded?

In order to appeal or recharacterize a former personnel's discharge status, an appeal needs to be made to either the service branch's discharge review board or board for correction of military records depending on various factors; however, I would need to know more details to better assess the situation.
