Legal Question in Military Law in Florida

harassment/threats

Background:

ex-girlfriend and I made a sex tape.

we are both in the military

I sent the pic and emails from an anonymous email account, so I don't think they have proof it was acutally me sending the picture.

We broke up and I sent a pic to her sister and threatened to send it to her family and work. What consequences may I be facing?

From whom? Civil authorities, military or the family.

Your categories of harassment/threats means what?

Did you send anything over and over and threatened to do soemthing? Like,release the tape.

I wonder how long it will take for the other sister to tell her what's she's got. Then she'll know!

All I can say is "What were you thinking"?

I wish I could find some redeeming quality here so I could continue.

Could be difficult. The military passed some legislation for these types of cases.
