Legal Question in Military Law in Florida

medical discharge

my shins have been messed up for about 2 months now. i walk for 5 minutes and they get really tight, very painful and my foot flops cuz i cant lift it up due to the tightness. I am on leave intil the 3rd and my shins still have not healed. I have seen the doctor many times and my doctor wants me to get an MRI . Im going to the military hospital to get one. Is there any way they can give me a medical discharge while on leave, or is there any way i can stay home and get discharged medically. I cant return to training like this, its bad.

Re: medical discharge

No, you must return and let the military docs look at you. Get the MRI and go from there.

You will need a lawyer to assist with the medical discharge.
