Legal Question in Military Law in Florida
Military Re-Entry
Since my return back from Operation Iraqi Freedom I had been discharged from the Army with an honorable discharge but was sent through a medical board since I had some minor problems with what was to be believed to be an asthma attack. From day one of my discharge I have been fighting to get back in since the asthma thing is not as bad as it was made out to be. I have had all kinds of doctors clear again for my return back to active duty. I was wondering what I had to do in order to return back to service since I have been cleared for duty but have discharge papers with seperation codes of JKM and a reentry code of 3? Please let me know what I can and cant do to get back.

Re: Military Re-Entry
I assume you have asked for waivers, and that the MEPS doctors are holding you back?
