Non-Civilian Threatening
I think I know the answer but i want a professional answer. Is it illegal for a non-civilian, no, anyone to threaten your life for something that you saw or heard, especially a government employee threatening you. Your immediate responce via e-mail would be greatly appreciated.

It is against the law in most states to threaten someone's life. If it's in connection with witnessing something illegal, it may also constitute obstruction of justice, if the purpose is to intimidate someone into not reporting the crime to authorities, or to lie about whether they witnessed it.
