petty theft on the first degree with a auauthorize credit card
what can i do? im goint to the military in 3 weeks and i dont know wat the judge would give me

The County Court judge probably will give you probation, a fine, court costs, some community service. Could be up to a year on probation. Of course, when you explain you're going into the military, he will understand. So will your enlistment officer.
