Legal Question in Military Law in Florida
I have recieved 2 article 15's withing a year
I have recieved 2 article 15's within a years time. Both are acohol related, the first being underage and the second being drunken disorderly due to urinating outside. Will I be discharged from the military? And if so what type of discharge?

It depends on what happens with any ADAPT screening.
You could be discharged for various reasons, including potentially a pattern of misconduct or a serious offense.
It also depends on what you do to mitigate the situation.
