separated with an re-4 code and want to get back in the navy

I got separated in 05. I want to get back in the navy, but they gave me an re4 code. I lied to get out because I had envisioned my life on a different path when I got to training school, I wanted to go to school and felt that the military wasn't for me. I realized I made a big mistake and realized it could've been really beneficial to starting my life. I'm looking for a second chance.
