Legal Question in Military Law in Florida
I signed up to join the marines in 06. the only thing was i was told by my recruiter after all the paperwork had been done that the information on their could keep me from going in, so as a result i changed what was on it thinking that is was in my best interest. To make a long story short, i was discharge from boot camp after information bout a previos surgery was found. Now my question is- Is there something that can be done to this recruiter for coershing me into falsifing information after all the paperwork had been done, and for withholding information from me.

No. You lied. It's your own fault.
